 NARRATIVE

A female reporting party called stating her boyfriend had punched her in the chest.  She explained to officers that he punched her with both hands in the chest after he came home from a night of drinking.  The male was contacted and arrested for DV Assault; he was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A victim called 911 stating his live-in girlfriend struck him in the head with a bottle of wine.  When officers arrived, they spoke with him and saw a visible injury to his head.  The female refused to cooperate with the investigation in any way and refused us entry to her residence.  The female’s adult daughter eventually convinced the suspect to speak with us, where she was arrested and booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect had been driving and ran out of gas on the roadway. He lied about his name and when told he was under arrest, he ran to his vehicle and locked himself in, refusing to get out. He was rummaging around the vehicle, so officers had to break the driver’s widow and escort him out.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect physically assaulted two teen females inside the food court and poured lighter fluid on them. He then left the mall and went to the bus stop at 156th Ave NE and NE 8th. Officers arrived and made contact. The suspect immediately doused himself in lighter fluid and used a lighter to set himself on fire. He decided it wasn’t a good idea and took his sweatshirt off before officers could spray him with a fire extinguisher. He singed his face and body hair. He was taken into custody and booked into jail after being medically cleared at the hospital.

An officer observed a suspect leave his house in a vehicle; the officer knew the suspect had a felony warrant for Assault and was driving with a suspended license. The officer attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle, but the vehicle took off at a high rate of speed through a residential area and crossed into oncoming lanes of traffic to elude the officer.  The officer did not attempt to pursue it.  The officer found additional evidence of eluding on traffic cameras and sent the case to the prosecutor for review.

The driver said he was going about 50mph and lost control of his motorcycle and hit a large street sign.  Per Fire, the subject was lucky and did not appear to have any significant injuries but was taken to the hospital for further evaluation of internal injuries. The collision was handled by the on-duty traffic unit.

Detectives contacted patrol and requested assistance on an arrest of the suspect. Patrol officers guarded the suspect while he obtained medical clearance.  The suspect was then booked into jail on multiple felony charges.

Police responded to a welfare check.  A subject’s sister was concerned about her nephew and possible methamphetamine use by the mom. There was no indication or evidence of drug abuse present within the residence and the child appeared to be well taken care of. The subject appeared to be irrational and hostile toward police and she was referred to a mental health professional for assistance.

The reporting party called about a male that was unknown to her behaving erratically towards her in the Downtown Park/Bellevue Square area.  Officers located the suspect vehicle which fled the area in a reckless manner.  An officer confirmed that the driver was the registered owner.  A criminal traffic citation is pending.

A suspect came to get his vehicle from the station but did not stick around when he asked if he was going to be searched. Bike officers located him a few hours later and arrested him on new possession of stolen property charges and paraphernalia charges stemming from a search warrant on his vehicle. He was booked into jail.

A suspect stole numerous items from several stores in the mall. The suspect went to the bus stop on 156th where officers contacted her. She swung at officers and medics hitting one. She also spat on an officer. The suspect was transported to the hospital for evaluation due to significant intoxication.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend who have an 11-month old child in common. The female bit the male’s arm causing injury. She was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An adult female victim was walking northbound on 1100 block of 164th Ave NE when a suspect passed by her on the sidewalk walking southbound. As she passed the male suspect, he turned around and grabbed her right buttocks and squeezed for about 1 to 2 seconds. She pushed the suspect away, and he casually walked off. Several units checked the area but could not locate the suspect. The suspect matches the description of other similar incidents in recent months.

 NARRATIVE

A witness stated a victim and suspect were in an argument and the victim ran after suspect as the suspect drove away in a vehicle. The suspect then suddenly put the car in reverse, backed up at a high rate of speed toward the victim, and swerved toward the victim and hit him with the car. The suspect then drove away from the scene. The victim suffered a fractured leg. A short time later, the suspect’s vehicle was located, unoccupied several blocks away crashed into the bushes. A perimeter was set and K9 attempted a track, but the suspect was not located.  The suspect’s vehicle was stolen vehicle with swapped plates. The investigation is ongoing.

A passerby reported the glass entrance door to this business had been shattered.  The investigation determined that $200 had been taken from the tills.  Motion sensors were triggered at approximately 0444 hours, but no alarm was activated.

Property management had received an email from a tenant requesting repairs for holes that her boyfriend had punched in the walls.  Officers contacted the female who reported only damage to their jointly leased apartment.   A case report was taken for documentation.

The suspect is the victim’s boss. He gave her a side hug, grabbed her breast, and made a lewd comment. The victim was stunned and told him to stop. She stated he had done a few other less invasive things over the past few weeks, but she didn’t want to say anything in fear it was a mistake. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect stole hundreds of dollars’ worth of perfume. When confronted by an employee, she told her to leave her alone. The suspect pulled down her mask and coughed on the employee, claiming she had COVID. The suspect then left the store with the items. A witness saw the female leave in a red car. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a complaint from staff that a suspect was smoking drugs in the bathroom of the business. Upon making contact, officers determined that the suspect was in possession of approximately a gram of suspected methamphetamine. Further, officers determined that suspect had a confirmed, outstanding No Bail DOC Warrant for Escape. The suspect was arrested, and a search netted a large amount of suspected pre-packaged drugs (398) grams.  The suspect was booked into jail.

Police responded to a complaint of a subject passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle that was in reverse. The investigating officer determined that the suspect was exhibiting the effects of drug consumption and driving. A DUI investigation was initiated, once probable cause was established, the suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

While on a directed patrol in the area of 148th/Main St, bike officers were attempting to locate a subject pictured in an email that was sent out in reference to a male who tried to kiss a female on a nearby trail.  Bike officers located a male who looked like the one pictured, at which point they contacted detectives.  Officers were able to contact the male and confirm he was the one in the photograph.  His information was obtained and passed along to detectives.

The 39-year-old suspect called her sister to come to her apartment. The suspect became hostile and punched her sister with a closed fist.  Officers placed the suspect under arrest after she exited the apartment and she was taken to jail.

While on a walk-thru of the park, an officer was flagged down regarding two motor vehicles in the park.  The officer located them without anyone around, near a homeless encampment.  The vehicles were recovered.

Suspects had stolen merchandise from Bartell’s and were subsequently contacted outside the store hiding behind some bushes.  The suspects both had felony warrants out for their arrests and were taken into custody without incident and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Bellevue Fire contacted PD regarding a possible arson.  It was determined that a 10-year-old male resident was playing with lighter fluid and a lighter, setting the fence on fire.  BFD responded and put the fire out, but it had damaged three property line fences. The parent of the 10-year-old was on the scene.  A case report was taken and all neighbors were contacted.

 NARRATIVE

The caller reported a non-injury collision and one of the drivers involved was acting erratically.  It was determined that she was DUI and she was arrested.  After a search warrant and blood draw, the suspect was transported to jail for mandatory booking.
