NARRATIVE
A husband and wife were involved in a dispute because the husband felt she was making too much noise while he was trying to sleep. He grabbed her hair and pinned her down during the altercation. She scratched him to get him off of her, and he responded by holding his hand over her mouth so she could not make noise, making it difficult for her to breathe. She suffered minor injuries and he was placed under arrest after officers located him in their vehicle nearby. The suspect was booked into jail without incident. |

NARRATIVE
Officers responded to the residence to assist King County Animal Control units who were checking on the welfare of several animals. Upon arrival, officers contacted the resident who is known from numerous prior PD contacts. The resident was uncooperative and refused to open a horse trailer that was parked in front of the residence. Eventually, Animal Control units forced entry and discovered a deceased horse. Animal Control developed probable cause and the resident was arrested for Animal Cruelty and transported to jail by BPD. |

Officers responded to the area after several callers reported some type of physical disturbance between two male subjects. While officers were en-route, a victim/witness also called in and reported a robbery had occurred and a victim had been thrown from a vehicle. The known suspect had fled and there were minor injuries. Officers arrived and located the victim and witnesses. Probable Cause was established for the suspect and detectives were notified. Hours later, detectives located, arrested, and booked the suspect in jail. |

Upon arrival, investigating officers determined that the intoxicated suspect had confronted several of his neighbors at gunpoint, would not listen to their statements that they lived in the condo next door, and threatened to shoot them. Officers located the suspect, he was arrested and booked into jail. Police seized the firearm and booked it into evidence. |

The suspect arrived at the victim’s residence in violation of a no-contact order. He grabbed the victim by both arms shoving her, causing her to fall to the ground and sustaining several visible injuries. The suspect fled the area prior to police arrival. The police attempted to contact him at his last known address in another jurisdiction but were unable to locate him there. The case was forwarded to the prosecutor for the felony order violation and Assault 4 DV. |

The suspect grabbed his girlfriend by the arm and pulled her. He then put her in a headlock to try and make her go sing Karaoke with him. She stated both instances caused her physical pain and fear. The victim pulled away from the suspect as two bystanders intervened. They took the victim home to a nearby city, where another assault and malicious mischief occurred. The suspect was booked into jail for the two cases. |

He was eventually taken to jail, and further investigation determined the suspect also assaulted family members. |
