An intoxicated suspect was seen urinating off the side of a building that he had been trespassed from. The suspect flexed his arms and asked officers if they wanted to fight. He was arrested and booked without incident.

The suspect’s vehicle was observed southbound on the road with no license plate and swerving across lanes of travel.  The suspect had an outstanding $25,000 DUI warrant. He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

An employee called 911 to report that a subject had broken into the building using a crowbar. Officers responded to the scene and searched the area but couldn’t find him. Officers were later flagged down by a citizen and an employee who pointed out where the suspect was last seen. The officers were able to locate the subject hiding in a nearby parking deck. He was subsequently arrested and charged with burglary. The suspect had multiple  burglary warrants out for his arrest out of Seattle. He was booked into jail.

The reporting party called 911 to report someone had stolen several large rolls of copper from his future automobile business, which was under construction. The officer investigated the theft. The officer determined that the suspect had pried open a side door to the building.

The victim called 911 to report a hate crime. He stated that while he was walking on Newport Way just after 150th Ave, a gray car drove past him. He said that a white male and a white female yelled out from the vehicle “Allho Akbar” and threw an egg at him. He requested that an officer call him. The officer contacted the victim, who advised him that he was a person of color and felt like it was a hate crime. He further explained that the egg didn’t hit him, but it came close. He stated that the incident happened yesterday afternoon around 1530 hours. The officer investigated the matter but was not able to locate the suspect due to the lack of suspect description.

While both officers were driving on patrol, they were flagged down by the suspect. He asked them a question related to his arrest from the previous night at a different jurisdiction. After he provided his name to the officers, they subsequently discovered that he had a confirmed DOC warrant for “Robbery 1”. They placed him in custody and transported him to jail.

The reporting party called 911 and requested an officer to her location. Once on scene, she told the officer that one of her co-workers had parked the vehicle at the location the previous night. She explained that when she returned to the location to retrieve the vehicle earlier this morning, she discovered that it was stolen.

An unknown male stole a tub of mail from a mail carrier while he was not looking. The mail was on the ground next to a few other bins as the carrier was putting mail in a bank of mailboxes. The mail carrier saw the suspect walk away with the bin but said nothing to him. The Postal Inspector has received the case.

The victim contacted 911 to report that her car was stolen from the driveway. She advised the officer that she parked her car in the driveway the previous afternoon, and when she returned to her vehicle earlier today, she discovered that it was stolen.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect was released from jail on Wednesday for assaulting his roommate with a knife.  He returned to the apartment, got extremely intoxicated, and threatened to physically assault the victim several times. The victim left the apartment for a while, and when he returned, the suspect was on the victim’s bed naked and bleeding from the head. The victim could not wake him and thought he might have died. Officers arrived and located the suspect, who was now on the floor. The suspect was arrested and taken to the hospital for treatment.  He was then booked into jail.

A caller reported that the suspect waved a metal pipe at him and threatened him.  Officers found him pushing a shopping cart around the middle of the street with the metal pipe in hand. The suspect eventually sat down, and officers were able to negotiate him moving away from the pipe.  Officers detained the suspect and advised him he would receive a summons in the mail for Disorderly Conduct.

A victim’s daughter and sister called in a welfare check after they were unable to contact the male subject. Officers arrived on scene, and the residence was secure.  They heard moaning inside and had to force entry through a rear glass door.  The victim was found gravely disabled and in dire need of medical care.  He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police responded to assist Bellevue Fire and observed that the female caller was the victim of a violent felony assault. The victim was treated by BFD on scene and transported to the hospital for her injuries. Officers determined that an assault had occurred on the Freeway within Pierce County. Officers referred the case to WSP.

A traffic officer initiated contact for a pedestrian violation.  The officer recognized the subject for his long-time abuse of methamphetamine. The officer had observed that the victim appeared to be in obvious distress and the subject requested to be taken to the hospital for help. The subject was taken into protective custody and transported to the hospital.

The suspect and her boyfriend had been drinking and smoking pot the night before.  They began arguing about not spending enough time together, money issues and their jobs. A verbal dispute became physical, with the female subject being the primary aggressor. She was arrested and booked into jail.

The victim and suspect are married.  The victim poured water on the suspect’s head while he was lying in bed.  The suspect took the pot that the victim used and hit the victim in the head three times, causing a large laceration. The victim went to the hospital.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Kirkland police contacted BPD about a domestic violence crime that occurred in Bellevue earlier in the day. KPD advised that the suspect was currently arrested and booked into the Kirkland City Jail on separate charges. During their investigation, the victim revealed that while in Bellevue, additional crimes had been committed against her by the suspect. Officers investigated and developed probable cause for multiple crimes. The suspect was summoned in the mail with a court date.

Police responded to a call of a suspicious person and located an extremely intoxicated subject who had just come from a party. Officers conducted a welfare check and provided the subject with a ride home. Officers located the party location and observed that there had been a fight at the residence. Officers located an unconscious subject nearby lying in a yard and transported him to the hospital. Officers attempted contact at the residence, but it was quiet and dark, and no one would answer the door. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

Witnesses called reporting that they say the suspect shove a female to the ground while she was holding a child.  The suspect was contacted earlier, and the female was unable to be located.  During the contact, the suspect was extremely belligerent. There was no probable cause of a crime, so the suspect was released. 911 received several more calls about the suspect. One caller reported the male was walking in the street and threatening to kill a female.  Officers responded back and detained the male a second time as he was with the female, and she was crying.  Probable cause was established after video footage of him shoving the female to the ground and her being identified as his girlfriend and mother of his child. He was booked into jail.

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress and determined that the extremely intoxicated female suspect had contacted police and accused her boyfriend of assaulting her. Officers observed no injuries, marks, or any evidence of assault on the suspect; however, they observed fresh injuries to the male victim. Probable cause was established, the suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into jail.
