 NARRATIVE

The suspect hit two parked cars around the corner from his house and suffered a head injury when his head hit the windshield.  The investigating officer established probable cause for DUI and placed him under arrest before Fire transported him to the hospital.

 NARRATIVE

A neighbor called to report that they observe their elderly neighbor lying face down in the driveway with blood coming from her head/body.  Police arrived and determined that the elderly subject had tripped and fallen on the ground. The subject was transported to the hospital for treatment.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a subject in a verbal dispute with employees and throwing items around the store and banging on store windows. Officers established probable cause for malicious mischief. The subject was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A suspect sprayed an employee with pepper spray and then took approximately 20+ pairs of designer sunglasses worth over $300 dollars each.  Officers located the fleeing suspect on a bus in the downtown area and arrested him without incident.  The sunglasses recovered and returned to the business. The suspect was booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect shot his wife with a pistol he had stolen from his brother. The suspect’s family assisted officers in locating him, and he was arrested without incident.

The suspect was having a crisis and flipped over a table, which hit the victim in the head. The suspect was also calling the victim vulgar names. The victim did not sustain injury. The suspect was trespassed, and charges were sent to the prosecutor.

 NARRATIVE

A driver was traveling south on Bellevue Way SE and had an epileptic seizure causing his vehicle to veer off the road between two trees and into a gas pump.  The vehicle flipped over, and the pump fell into a bystander who was standing near it, causing him a minor shoulder injury. The driver and bystander were both transported to the hospital.  It was later determined they all had minor injuries. Bellevue Fire contained the fuel spill.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect assaulted his roommate after the suspect told him to move a mattress that was a fire hazard. The suspect punched the victim in the chest several times, leaving red marks. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

A suspect was involved in a disturbance with her roommate where she assaulted her. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Witnesses reported seeing a suspect shoot the victim with a shotgun in the parking lot. Officers arrived on scene and attempted life-saving measures.  The victim was transported to the hospital, where he was declared deceased.  The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived in a silver sedan.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect stole alcohol from the business. The suspect fled from officers and hid in the densely wooded area of a nearby residence. Officers located the suspect.  He was arrested without incident and booked into jail.

July 8

 NARRATIVE

Officers contacted the suspect for multiple driving violations. Upon contact, the driver showed signs of intoxication. Following the investigation, probable cause was established for DUI. The suspect was arrested and released.  Charges were filed with the prosecutor.

 NARRATIVE

A boyfriend and girlfriend were involved in a physical argument over a lost remote control. The suspect hit the girlfriend and a minor, who attempted to intervene. There were no visible injuries, but the victim did suffer from pain. The suspect fled the scene before police arrived. Charges were filed with the prosecutor.

A suspect smashed the front door glass to make entry. The suspect pried open the register and stole approximately $3000 in cash, as well as an I Pad.

Officers noted that the suspect was the respondent in a no-contact order with her male passenger while sitting in a vehicle. She was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Three males picked the victim up at her residence in Sammamish. She met them on Snap Chat with the intent of selling them Percocet pills.  They drove to Bellevue and ended up at the above location, where one pulled a gun on her and demanded the money back that they had paid for the pills. The victim called 911 10 minutes after the incident occurred. There were no injuries. The investigation is ongoing.

A subject caused a disturbance by trying to start several fights.  As he was walking out, he broke a window of the building.  He was booked for malicious mischief and obstruction.

 NARRATIVE

Loss prevention reported that two suspects had walked into the store and selected $100 worth of Pokémon cards. Loss prevention stopped the female subject prior to exiting the store. The male suspect  came up to the Loss prevention officer and grabbed his arm, and told him, “don’t touch my girlfriend.” Both subjects proceeded to leave the establishment without incident. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect and victim met on a dating app. The suspect attempted to sexually assault the victim, but the victim fought back. The suspect allowed the victim to leave. The victim reported the incident a few hours after the encounter. The investigation is ongoing.
