An intoxicated subject made belligerent and racist comments in the bar and was then assaulted up by six to eight men outside.  This was initially investigated as a misdemeanor assault until he got home and determined the suspects took 300-400 dollars out of his pocket and took his watch while he was on the ground. The investigation is ongoing.

An unknown male, who is a known theft suspect, returned today to steal approximately $2,000 worth of shoes. As he was attempting to leave, he shoved a loss prevention agent.  He fled on foot and was not located.

The victim reported seeing two males carrying items out of her house via her Ring doorbell camera.  The suspects entered her condo from a window along the east side of the house that was concealed by trees and a greenbelt. The investigation is ongoing.

An officer contacted the suspect for a vehicle infraction, and he was found to have a  theft 3^rd-degree warrant issued for his arrest.

The husband took his wife’s car keys and made threats to damage her vehicle. The suspect retrieved a knife and threatened to harm himself, and then requested the victim harm him with the knife. He was arrested and booked into jail.

The reporting party stated her vehicle was stolen in Portland earlier in the day, and she had just gotten access to tracking data for the vehicle, which placed the vehicle in Bellevue.  Officers determined this was likely a civil matter. Officers located the vehicle in a parking lot and contacted the occupants in the vehicle. A robbery warrant out of Oregon was located on one of the occupants. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail as a fugitive from justice. Officers secured the vehicle at the scene and took the keys to return to the registered owner.

Officer responded to a request for a welfare check on a subject slumped over behind the wheel of a running vehicle. The officer discovered signs of drug use. The suspect performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI Physical Control. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Three suspects forced entry into a FedEx truck while it was making a delivery to the store.  The driver had made a partial delivery, and while away from the vehicle, the suspects stole approximately 1/2 of a pallet of items. The total loss is estimated at $100,000 dollars. The investigation is ongoing.

During an argument, the female refused the leave the residence. The argument became physical, and she was injured. The male was arrested for DV assault and booked into jail.

The suspect and the victim got into an argument while driving. The suspect began punching the victim in the head for an unknown reason. She sustained obvious bruising and a scratch on her face.  The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Officers assisted with a warrant service for the search of the subject’s person, vehicle, and residence. Several weapons were located, including a knife and firearms. The subject was arrested and booked.

The suspect was observed striking three vehicles in the parking lot of the apartment complex.  The suspect left the scene after viewing vehicle damage. Officers located the suspect and arrested him for DUI/Hit and Run.  He was booked into jail.

The victim reported that an unidentified suspect stole a catalytic converter from his truck that was parked in the staff parking lot at Sammamish H.S. Prior to that report, an employee at the location had reported seeing the suspect under the victim’s vehicle. The officer was able to locate a tool that was used for the theft and booked it into evidence. The investigation is ongoing.

An unknown suspect stole $100,000 worth of copper from the sound transit station. The reporting party told the officer the incident happened sometime in the last couple of days. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers contacted a subject who was asked to leave the location. The subject alleged the security officer assaulted him. Officers investigated and found no evidence of a disturbance.

Officers contacted the suspect for a traffic violation. They discovered the subject had a DOC Escape from Community Custody warrant for a DV violation. The subject was taken into custody and booked into jail.

Officers responded to an in-progress theft at the store. The subject was involved in a physical altercation with asset protection and security officers before police arrived. The subject was taken into custody and found to be in possession of a spring-loaded knife and illegal narcotic pills. He was booked into jail.

Officers responded to a residential alarm, located a broken kitchen window, and cleared the residence.  The homeowner had passed away recently, and the executor was not sure what was taken.

The suspect stole a catalytic converter stolen off the victim’s vehicle while he was working on 11/17 between 0900-2030 hours.

The victim confronted the suspect about some allegation, and the suspect got angry and put his hands around the victim, causing her to fall to the ground.  The suspect was then hit by the victim’s mother, and he fled the location on foot without shoes or personal property.  A K9 track was unsuccessful, l and his whereabouts are unknown.  Detectives responded to the location to investigate further.

The victim left his front door unlocked and returned home to find his house burglarized and his vehicle stolen. While the suspect(s) were inside the house, they appeared to take their time and have drinks, and smoke cigarettes.  While the officer was still on the scene conducting his investigation, the victim’s stolen vehicle returned to the location with a female driver.  The officer gave verbal commands to the suspect while awaiting additional units to respond.  The suspect did not comply and got into a parked vehicle and fled the scene. The investigation is ongoing.

Unknown suspects attempted to burglarize an occupied home but were scared away by an observant neighbor. The suspects fled the scene in two separate vehicles. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to a trespasser/suspected copper wire thief at the Sound Transit light rail. Officers contacted the suspect within the fenced property with burglary tools and copper wire. He was arrested and booked into jail.

Residential Burglary

Officers responded to a video feed of an unoccupied residential burglary. Officers stopped a vehicle on suspicion of the burglary and confirmed it was the getaway car with all the suspects on board. Officers searched the residence and reviewed the videotape, and established probable cause for residential burglary for each individual detained in the vehicle. All three suspects were booked into jail. One suspect had a DOC Escape warrant, and another had a residential burglary warrant.

The victim contacted 911 and reported that someone had stolen his vehicle overnight. The officer responded to the scene and met with him. He advised the officer that possibly his friend or his ex-wife might have taken the vehicle. He didn’t have proof that his ex or his friend had taken his vehicle.

The victim contacted NORCOM and reported that an unknown suspect had possibly broken into his home. The officer arrived on the scene and met with the victim, who advised him that he discovered that his deadbolt was broken to his front door. He advised that he didn’t believe the suspect had made entry into his home.

The victim contacted Bellevue police to report that his son had parked his vehicle at Sammamish High School. He then stated that when his son returned to his vehicle later in the day, he discovered his catalytic converter was missing. The investigation is ongoing.

The victim called to report the suspect threatened her and another person with a firearm. Both victims were able to leave the house. Officers arrived, and the suspect exited the residence and was taken into custody without incident. Detectives assisted the investigating officer as several firearms were recovered from the residence. The suspect was booked into jail.

Police responded to a violation of an anti-harassment order and determined that the suspect had violated the provisions of the served order. Probable cause was established, and the suspect was advised she would be summoned in the mail with a court date.

Police responded to a report of car theft and determined that the victim had left his vehicle running unattended for several minutes and, upon returning, discovered that it had been stolen. The victim stated that multiple personal items, including his wallet, were in the vehicle when it was stolen.

Police received a call from concerned parents about online threats made via several social media sites about a student possibly bringing a gun to school tomorrow morning. Officers conducted an investigation, located the parents of the suspect, and determined that there was no credible threat to the school, staff or students.
