 NARRATIVE

Patrol officers were notified that there was a large event at the Meydenbauer Center with approximately 2500+ people attending. Officers assisted event staff with disturbances happening outside throughout the evening. They also conducted patrols throughout the duration of the event.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a theft report and determined that an unknown male suspect had stolen the catalytic converter off a vehicle. The victim did not get a good look at the suspect, however, was able to provide a description of the suspect’s vehicle. Responding officers located the suspect’s vehicle several blocks away, but when they attempted to stop the vehicle, the driver failed to yield and eluded officers. The investigation is ongoing.

The victim reported that the suspect assaulted her after they got into an argument. The suspect is the respondent in an order with the victim. An officer saw the suspect nearby. He was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Officers conducting patrol ran the plate on a vehicle and learned the vehicle was associated with a felony warrant. An officer contacted the subject in the vehicle and immediately identified him as the subject. He was arrested and booked into jail. Further investigation revealed the vehicle was the suspect vehicle in a catalytic converter theft from the day before (21-57466), but the license plates had been switched.

The suspect attempted to steal the victim’s dog while she was walking her.  The suspect pulled off the collar and leash.  The suspect was located nearby, wearing a collar and leash.  Officers arrested the suspect for Robbery 2 and a Felony Malicious Mischief warrant.  He was booked into jail.

The victim reported that a consensual sexual encounter turned to non-consensual sexual assault when she told the male that she no longer wished to have sex with him. The investigation is ongoing.

While on routine patrol, an officer located a subject and determined he had an unconfirmed felony warrant for robbery out of Seattle.  The suspect was arrested and transported to jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

The victim called 911 because her boyfriend was suicidal. Officers surrounded the residence and had the victim and two uninvolved roommates step out of the house. There was a valid order between the boyfriend and girlfriend. Probable cause was established for the order violation, and officers spent the next two hours attempting to contact the suspect.  The suspect eventually surrendered without issue and was taken into custody. He was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Two suspects in a stolen vehicle stole a $600 jump pack from the service center. The investigation is ongoing.

An unknown suspect entered the victim’s unlocked garage a stole a $12,000 bicycle which was on a bike rack attached to his car.  The car and house keys were also taken.

The victim met the suspect on an online dating site, and over a six-month period, they started a romantic relationship. Over that time, the victim wired over $900,000 to the suspect in a fraudulent investment scam. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect was trespassing at the mall. She was contacted at NE 4th and Bellevue Way and found to have a Department of Corrections escape warrant. She was taken into custody without incident and booked into jail for her warrant.  She was summoned for Trespassing.

Officers investigated a report of a male who damaged the victim’s car by intentionally breaking the side mirror on their car. The subject also did the same thing to another vehicle and was taken into custody and booked into jail.

Multiple storage units were broken into overnight.  The suspect left a pair of bolt cutters and several cut padlocks behind. The total loss is unknown at this time since the victims were still being located.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect violated a protection order, damaged the victim’s vehicle, and fled the area officers arrived. Family members later called in, stating the suspect was nearby in Redmond.  Responding officers located the suspect in his vehicle, but he fled the area. There is probable cause for the felony order violation, DV Malicious Mischief and eluding.

During an argument over a cellular phone, the suspect pushed the victim hard enough that it caused her to fall to the ground.  She sustained minor injuries. The suspect fled before the police arrived and was not located.

The victim’s fiancé called in on her behalf and reported that she had been drugged and sexually assaulted in hotels in Bellevue. The report was forwarded to detectives for investigation.

The driver was traveling southbound on a green light, and the pedestrian walking against the light from east to west stepped in front of the moving vehicle. The victim was transported to the hospital with head injuries. Collision Investigators responded and took over the investigation.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect found the victim’s vehicle with the key in the ignition and started the vehicle.  The victim heard the vehicle start and attempted to stop the vehicle by standing in front of it.  As the vehicle drove around, the victim jumped in the back of a pickup.  The suspect then drove recklessly doing “donuts” until the victim was allowed to exit the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect threatened to assault his brother and then pushed his brother, causing his brother to fear further assault.  The suspect was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect left a friend’s house to drive home. While making the short trip to his residence, his vehicle drifted off the roadway, striking a rock, flipping his vehicle. The collision took out a Metro bus stop and landed upside down. Fire extricated the suspect, who was arrested for DUI and released at the hospital for medical treatment.

On 11/24/21, a construction crew had a total station survey unit on a tripod at the intersection of NE 8th and Bellevue Way NE. Two unknown males in a silver dodge charger stopped and stole the unit.  The value was $35,000.  The unit was low jack equipped, and the unit was located off Tinkham Rd. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect assaulted a patient care technician while using the restroom.  The suspect remained admitted for a mental health evaluation, and the assault charge was forwarded to the prosecutor’s office.

Unknown suspect(s) cut the locks off victims’ lockers. They stole a wallet, car keys and house keys. Credit cards were used to make an online purchase. The investigation is ongoing.

An unknown suspect stole the victim’s vehicle overnight. A handgun was in the vehicle. Both the vehicle and firearm were entered as stolen.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect went into the victim’s room and assaulted him because he had called the police the night before. When the victim attempted to call the police, his phone was smacked out of his hand. The suspect told the victim to leave, which he did, and drove to the police station to report what happened. Officers attempted multiple times to contact the suspect at the apartment, but no one answered the door, and it could not be confirmed they were inside. Multiple phone calls were also made to no avail. The victim stated he would stay at a friend’s house and work with the landlord to get his belongings. Charges were forwarded to the prosecutor.

The reporting party walked to the police station and used the emergency phone to report a domestic violence assault. And officer met with her and investigated. She advised him that her boyfriend had assaulted her and prevented her from calling the police. The officer developed probable for domestic violence crimes. The officer tracked down the suspect, took him into custody and booked him into jail.

The reporting party stated that overnight, three suspects forced entry into the business and stole several cartons/packs of cigarettes valued at about $10K. The investigation is ongoing.

Two females entered the restaurant to use the restroom. One left and approximately 20 minutes later with several stolen items and was confronted by employees. She brandished bear spray to get the employee to get out of her way so she could leave. The employee followed them out, where they got into two different stolen vehicles and fled.

The victim’s vehicle was stolen, and while officers were responding, they located the victim’s vehicle. It was not damaged but had been prowled.
