The subject then broke a bottle in front of officers and held it in a threatening manner. Due to her behavior and drug intoxication, she was taken into protective custody. She was then transported to the hospital for a mental health evaluation. |

The suspect was booked into jail, and the vehicle was returned to its owner. |

The reporting party woke up to find a bullet hole through several of his walls which appeared to have originated from his neighbor. Officers contacted the suspect, and he allowed a protective sweep of the apartment. The suspect admitted to accidentally firing a round around the previous evening. He stated he never called anyone because he didn’t hear any screaming coming from his neighbor’s apartment. He provided the firearm in question. The suspect was the respondent in a DV protection order which prohibited him from possessing a firearm. He was arrested and booked into jail for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm 2nd degree, Reckless Endangerment, and Order Violation. |

There were no signs of an active disturbance in the home, and based on the caller saying she was no longer in danger, officers cleared the scene. |

Two females entered the store and removed two jackets from their security cables, and fled the store (total loss $4430). Loss prevention attempted to stop the female suspects but was threatened with pepper spray. The two suspects were able to flee with the merchandise in an unknown car. A few moments later, a robbery with pepper spray was being dispatched at a different location. The suspects matched the description from the robbery that had just occurred. The victim stated that her purse had been stolen, and a physical altercation between the two female suspects occurred. A security guard had also been sprayed with pepper spray trying to stop the two female suspects. The investigation is ongoing. |
