Officers contacted the subjects after observing them smoking an unknown narcotic inside a vehicle. Upon contact, several suspected “Perc 30” pills were observed inside their vehicle. One suspect had two warrants issued for her arrest. She was arrested and booked into jail.

Police responded to a trespass in progress and determined that a suspect was trespassing in a business construction area and had a confirmed, outstanding warrant out for his arrest. Officers arrested the suspect without incident, advised him that he would be summoned in the mail with a court date for the trespass, and booked him into jail on his warrant.

Police responded to a disturbance in progress and determined that the suspect had assaulted multiple people while wildly swinging a baseball bat. Officers were able to de-escalate the situation, and the suspect put down the baseball bat. He was taken into custody without incident.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a private residence in reference to an interrupted residential burglary and determined that the homeowner caught the unknown subject(s) on his property and was about to enter his storage shed. The suspect was last seen fleeing SW from the residence. Officers set a perimeter and initiated a K9 track for the suspect. An extensive track was conducted; however, the suspect could not be located. The investigation is ongoing.

Police responded to a female suspect lighting her bedroom mattress on fire. Officers recognized the female and determined that she had an outstanding, confirmed felony warrant for attempted robbery. Officers determined the suspect had lit her mattress on fire first in her apartment and then pulled the mattress into the common area of her apartment building and continued to set it on fire. No one was injured. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

Two brothers had a dispute over billing their father for construction. The primary aggressor damaged the residence door and threatened to assault the other brother. He was arrested and booked into jail.

The subject had displayed a knife to a security guard. She was heavily under the influence of methamphetamine.  Officers located her and found she had several felony warrants out for her arrest. The subject then broke a bottle in front of officers and held it in a threatening manner.  Due to her behavior and drug intoxication, she was taken into protective custody.  She was then transported to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.

The caller reported that his mother’s ex-boyfriend was attempting to kick in the front door. He locked himself in the upstairs bedroom and did not see if anyone entered the apartment and only assumed that the suspect was the ex-boyfriend based on past incidents. Officers cleared the apartment, but no one was inside.  Officer canvassed the apartment complex and located possible video of the suspect. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

Officers contacted the suspect during a high-risk stop for investigation of possessing a stolen vehicle. The suspect was detained without incident and was arrested. A search following the arrest netted burglary tools, personal documents, drug paraphernalia, approximately (2.75) grams of suspected methamphetamine, and checks from additional victims. The suspect was booked into jail, and the vehicle was returned to its owner.

Police responded to a theft in progress and determined that the suspect had concealed items on his person and exited the store without paying. Officers recognized this person as the suspect who had been causing problems in the downtown corridor earlier in the evening. Probable cause was established for theft, and the suspect was located and detained nearby without incident. He was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The reporting party woke up to find a bullet hole through several of his walls which appeared to have originated from his neighbor. Officers contacted the suspect, and he allowed a protective sweep of the apartment.  The suspect admitted to accidentally firing a round around the previous evening.  He stated he never called anyone because he didn’t hear any screaming coming from his neighbor’s apartment.  He provided the firearm in question.  The suspect was the respondent in a DV protection order which prohibited him from possessing a firearm. He was arrested and booked into jail for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm 2nd degree, Reckless Endangerment, and Order Violation.

A neighbor called about a subject sleeping in his front yard.  When the neighbor contacted the suspect, he walked into another neighbor’s backyard.  The suspect was contacted and found to have a Bellevue warrant.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

Officers contacted the suspect for investigation of shoplifting. While conducting the search of the suspect, loss prevention found a gun on the suspect. When officers arrived, it was discovered that the suspect was a convicted felon and should not be in possession of a firearm. He was arrested and booked into jail.

A female called 911 to report that her roommate had threatened her with a gun. She hung up on the call receiver, and they were unable to get her back on the phone. Officers set up on the house and called the reporting party back. She advised she had left the house and was in Issaquah. She denied anyone having a gun and only called because her roommate was yelling at her, and it scared her. She hung up on officers again and would not answer any subsequent calls. There were no signs of an active disturbance in the home, and based on the caller saying she was no longer in danger, officers cleared the scene.

Officers witnessed the suspect driving while his license was suspended. He also had a misdemeanor warrant out for his arrest. Officers stopped and contacted the suspect, and he was summoned for DWLS 3.

 NARRATIVE

An officer stopped the suspect for having an invalid trip permit where the license plate should be.  During the contact, the suspect attempted to conceal narcotics and was arrested for driving with a suspended license. He was found to be in possession of 11 suspected Perc 30 pills.  He was released at the scene, given a statutory referral, and summoned for the suspended license and invalid trip permit.

Officers contacted the suspect who was passed out behind the wheel of her car that was obstructing traffic. They observed that she was exhibiting the effects of impairment due to extreme alcohol consumption and driving. Probable cause was established, and the suspect was arrested. She was released to a sober family member.

The suspect entered the store and attempted to purchase cigarettes, but his card was declined. He asked employees to buy them for him and was rejected. Upset, he returned with a hammer and threatened the employee, and attempted to break open a plastic cigarette case with a hammer.   He was unable to access the case. The investigation is ongoing.

 NARRATIVE

A husband and wife got into an argument that turned physical. During the argument, the female locked the male out of the house, and he broke the garage door to gain access. The female threw a shoe at the male, and he grabbed her by the throat and threw her to the ground.  None of the involved parties were injured. The husband was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Two females entered the store and removed two jackets from their security cables, and fled the store (total loss $4430). Loss prevention attempted to stop the female suspects but was threatened with pepper spray.  The two suspects were able to flee with the merchandise in an unknown car.   A few moments later, a robbery with pepper spray was being dispatched at a different location.  The suspects matched the description from the robbery that had just occurred. The victim stated that her purse had been stolen, and a physical altercation between the two female suspects occurred. A security guard had also been sprayed with pepper spray trying to stop the two female suspects. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance between two adult brothers. The suspect stepped on his younger brother’s foot and tried to kick him during an argument. The older brother was arrested for DV Assault 4th Degree without incident. He was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect burned items next to the building, setting off a fire sprinkler, causing damage to the building. Charges were forwarded for reckless burning and malicious mischief. The suspect began banging his head against the divider necessitating medical treatment. He was transported to the hospital for an evaluation.
