Police responded to a single-vehicle collision and determined that the suspect was exhibiting the effects of impairment due to obvious alcohol/drug consumption and driving. Following a DUI investigation, the driver was arrested for DUI.

Police responded to a single-vehicle roll-over collision and determined that a suspect HAD crashed his vehicle, but following an extensive search, officers could not locate the suspect. He was identified, and officers issued a warrant for his arrest for Hit and Run.

Officers responded to an apartment complex for a person suffering from a mental health crisis. It was determined she was not only a danger to others but unable to care for herself any longer. She was transported to the hospital.

The suspect entered the store, went directly behind the counter and stole numerous packs of cigarettes. He did not say anything to the employees. He left in a black SUV. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to a trespass incident where the subject was found to have already been and had a warrant issued for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed, and the subject was transported and booked into jail.

An unknown suspect broke the glass and entered the business. They pushed a massive safe out to the open and broke into it. The suspect stole jewelry, checks and several other items. The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect stole over $800 worth of alcohol. He was caught as he pushed a shopping cart out the door. He was arrested and booked into jail.

An officer on pro-active patrol ran the plates on several vehicles at the gas station.  One vehicle had been sold to a subject with a Felony DOC warrant.  Officer saw the possible suspect adjacent to the vehicle. Officers contacted and arrested the suspect after confirming his identity.  He was booked into jail.

Officers contacted a male who was in a mental health crisis. After much de-escalation and talking by police, the subject agreed to be taken to the hospital.

The suspect was on an unreported stolen motorcycle with plates that belonged to a Harley Roadster. Officers located the motorcycle in a parking lot after the rider jumped off it. They initiated a traffic stop, and the rider fled on foot.  Following a short foot pursuit through the parking lot, he gave up and was taken into custody.  The suspect lied about his name and had warrants out for his arrest.

The suspect was the driver of a stolen vehicle in the garage.  Officers located the suspect inside the store and attempted to take him into custody.  He tried to flee on foot, and when apprehended, he pulled a .357 magnum revolver and tossed it.  The suspect was found to be a felon in possession of a firearm.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

Washington State Patrol attempted to stop a vehicle for traffic violations. The vehicle eluded them, and WSP located the vehicle on the border of 3 different cities with only the passenger still on scene. Stolen plates were on the van, and it was unconfirmed to be stolen.  The passenger was arrested for her warrants. Multiple agencies set up a perimeter, but the suspect was not located.

A mother was with her son, who was in a mental health crisis. The son had a gun in his possession, and his mother took it from him and asked police to retrieve it. The gun was found to be stolen. The son is a convicted felon and respondent in an order prohibiting him from possessing a firearm.  In addition, he had numerous misdemeanor warrants.  After receiving medical care, he was arrested and booked into jail.

A vehicle and motorcycle collided, causing the motorcyclist to be ejected and thrown approximately 50 feet. The motorcyclist significant injuries and was transported to the hospital. Collision investigators took over the case.

The victim reported someone entered her apartment while she was away, likely through an unsecured patio door, and stole approximately $15,000.00 in jewelry, among other items.

The suspects concealed a single scarf valued at $470.00 and exited the business without paying. They were stopped and detained by employees without incident. The suspects were arrested and released with a summons.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on determined the driver was driving with a suspended license and did not have a court-ordered Ignition Interlock Device.  He was arrested and released at the scene via summons.

Officers were patrolling the above location when they noticed loss prevention watching front doors. The officers assisted loss prevention by taking the suspect into custody as she exited with $293 worth of stolen merchandise.  The suspect’s boyfriend was seen in a vehicle that fled, then was later abandoned nearby. The boyfriend had a warrant out for his arrest, and police searched the area to attempt to locate him.  He was not located.  The female was arrested and released pending a summons for Theft 3.

Numerous neighbors called about loud revving and possible racing in the new South Bellevue Park and Ride.  Numerous officers arrived to find at least 100 vehicles.  Officer used their emergency lights, presence, and education on the proper park and ride behavior to dissipate the meet.  While the patrol officers managed cars within the park and ride, a traffic officer enforced traffic laws on the roadway.  They issued five tickets for modified exhaust.  Most cars left voluntarily and were friendly.

A resident and the alarm company called about multiple exterior door alarms.  The resident was and stated they could hear footsteps.   There was a large police response along with the K-9 Unit.  Officers entered the home and cleared the residence. There was no evidence the suspect entered the home.

The business called after a domestic disturbance had occurred earlier in the evening.  A married couple was in an argument, and staff noticed the wife’s visible injuries. Neither the husband nor wife would cooperate with the investigation. The case was forwarded to the prosecutor’s office charges.

Officers responded to check the welfare of a woman who was banging on doors and windows. The officers arrived and found a distraught female who wouldn’t provide any information. They located her vehicle nearby, far off the roadway in the woods.  The driver was uncooperative and was taken to the hospital. Traffic cameras show the vehicle failing to turn while traveling northbound on 116^th Ave NE and launching into the area of woods behind the T in the road.  The female was not found by officers until 45 minutes after the initial crash. Alcohol may have been a contributing factor. The investigation is ongoing.

The caller stated that he had left his detached garage open. He advised the responding officer that on the following day, he woke up and discovered items missing from it. He had videos of the suspect who broke in. The officer was not able to identify them since they had their hoodies over their faces. Both suspects got into an unknown car and fled the scene.

Overnight, an unknown suspect forced entry into the business through the ceiling. The loss is currently unknown but expected to be substantial.  The investigation is ongoing.

The victim left his vehicle unlocked and running while checking traffic control signs. An unknown subject drove off in the truck. Des Moines PD recovered the truck about an hour later.

A bus driver argued with the suspect regarding his alleged disruptive behavior on the bus. The suspect sprayed an unknown substance, later found to be body spray, on the plexiglass partition, separating the driver from the riders. The driver complained some of the sprays drifted over the partition and demanded the suspect be charged with assault. Officers contacted the suspect. Charges were forwarded to the prosecutor.

Officers conducted a directed patrol in the area regarding complaints of vehicles with loud mufflers racing on area streets. The officers made several traffic stops and wrote several citations. One officer stopped the subject for a modified exhaust violation. There was a female passenger in the vehicle, and officers learned there was a No Contact Order between the two. The suspect was arrested without incident and booked into jail.

The officer responded to a car prowl and learned from the reporting party that at some time overnight, a suspect had broken into his vehicle. He advised the officer that he had stolen several items from it.

During an argument, the suspect repeatedly struck the victim about the head and face, causing raised bruising and lacerations.  He also struck her with a broom.  The suspect fled the scene but was located after a short time.  He was arrested and booked into jail.

While arguing, the suspect threw multiple items in the apartment, breaking several of them.  She was arrested for DV Malicious Mischief and booked into jail.

A security guard for a construction site reported that a white male opened his car door, grabbed three packs of cigarettes, and punched him in the face causing pain. Officers set a perimeter, and a Kirkland K-9 unit initiated a track. The K-9 tracked through the rain and in the busy city and the suspect on stairwell west nearby. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail. Shortly after being booked, an employee called from a restaurant stated their cell phone was stolen and was currently showing at the jail. The suspect was booked with a phone.  Officers recovered the phone and returned it to the victim.
