The suspect was on an unreported stolen motorcycle with plates that belonged to a Harley Roadster. Officers located the motorcycle in a parking lot after the rider jumped off it. They initiated a traffic stop, and the rider fled on foot. Following a short foot pursuit through the parking lot, he gave up and was taken into custody. The suspect lied about his name and had warrants out for his arrest. |

After receiving medical care, he was arrested and booked into jail. |

The suspect’s boyfriend was seen in a vehicle that fled, then was later abandoned nearby. The boyfriend had a warrant out for his arrest, and police searched the area to attempt to locate him. He was not located. The female was arrested and released pending a summons for Theft 3. |

Numerous neighbors called about loud revving and possible racing in the new South Bellevue Park and Ride. Numerous officers arrived to find at least 100 vehicles. Officer used their emergency lights, presence, and education on the proper park and ride behavior to dissipate the meet. While the patrol officers managed cars within the park and ride, a traffic officer enforced traffic laws on the roadway. They issued five tickets for modified exhaust. Most cars left voluntarily and were friendly. |

Officers responded to check the welfare of a woman who was banging on doors and windows. The officers arrived and found a distraught female who wouldn’t provide any information. They located her vehicle nearby, far off the roadway in the woods. The driver was uncooperative and was taken to the hospital. Traffic cameras show the vehicle failing to turn while traveling northbound on 116th Ave NE and launching into the area of woods behind the T in the road. The female was not found by officers until 45 minutes after the initial crash. Alcohol may have been a contributing factor. The investigation is ongoing. |

Officers set a perimeter, and a Kirkland K-9 unit initiated a track. The K-9 tracked through the rain and in the busy city and the suspect on stairwell west nearby. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail. Shortly after being booked, an employee called from a restaurant stated their cell phone was stolen and was currently showing at the jail. The suspect was booked with a phone. Officers recovered the phone and returned it to the victim. |
