An officer observed the suspect driving recklessly on Bellevue Way SE.  The officer turned on his overhead lights and siren and performed a U-turn to stop the suspect, but the suspect eluded and fled into a neighborhood.  The officer did not pursue but followed and found the suspect exiting his vehicle and attempting to walk away. The officer arrested him for Reckless Driving and Felony Eluding.  Witnesses in the neighborhood gave statements describing the suspect driving thru the neighborhood going 50-60mph.  The suspect was booked into jail.

The reporting parted stated he was at a gas station when a driver approached and asked if he could have money for gas.  A few seconds later, he dug around in his vehicle and possibly racked the slide on a silver-colored semi-automatic pistol.  The victim immediately turned and ran and had no further contact with the subject.  The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect was asked to leave the bus after being suspected of doing drugs. He became involved in an argument with the driver and in the process of being escorted off the bus, he spat at the driver. The suspect was arrested for assault and released at the scene.

The suspect entered the store and selected several items including an iPad speaker dock, weather radio, Bluetooth speaker, etc. He then proceeded to pass all points of sale without paying for the items. The total price for the stolen items was $260.06. When contacted, the suspect had the stolen merchandise and also had suspected drug paraphernalia on his person, and it was learned that he had an active felony warrant. He was arrested and booked into jail without incident.

Officers responded to an assist call in reference to an earlier theft that occurred in Issaquah.  The victim indicated that their stolen iPhone was showing on GPS as being in Bellevue.  The officers used an app to ping the phone and located it in the suspect’s possession.  She was also in possession of the victim’s credit cards and Gucci wallet.  She was arrested and booked into jail without incident.  The stolen property was returned to the victim.

An officer responded to a report of a duck in distress in the roadway.  The caller advised there were 12-15 ducklings that fell into the drain.  Bellevue Fire was called in to bring tools to assist in opening the drain.  The officer and firefighters assisted in removing all the ducklings safely and returned them to Mama Duck.

The victim was in the process of moving out of the house she and the suspect rent.  The suspect was intoxicated and upset the victim’s family who was there helping her.  The suspect retrieved a firearm and while out on the back patio began waving it around saying he wanted them out of the house.  As officers arrived, the suspect exited the residence unarmed.  Officers took the suspect into custody and located a silver revolver and a second handgun in plain view.  Both firearms and the ammunition were seized. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

A subject was moving his car that had been parked along the roadway in front of a second subject’s residence.  The second subject confronted the first one because the vehicle had been left for so long.  They got into an argument and the first subject felt threatened and sprayed the second subject with pepper spray.  Neither subject wanted to pursue charges.  A case report was taken for documentation purposes.

An officer located a vehicle with a stolen license plate on the front and detained the two occupants.  The officer discovered that there was a different rear plate which was also stolen.  A check of the VIN revealed that the vehicle itself was stolen.  The vehicle was towed to the station for processing.  It was determined that the suspects were in possession of ten total stolen license plates, stolen credit cards, stolen mail, suspected drugs, and other items.  The female was booked into jail for multiple felony charges.  The male was booked into jail for a DOC warrant.  He is also a convicted felon for domestic violence order violations and will have multiple felony charges stemming from this investigation.

Officer responded to a call regarding a hostile employee threatening customers. It was determined that the suspect had been working a 16-hour shift and was about to get off. He was irritated and getting angry for no reason, but no crime was committed so he was let go. A few minutes later, a hit and run occurred at NE 8th and 144 Ave NE, and then a collision at NE 8th and 124 Ave NE. Officers located the suspect at the collision at 124th. Numerous witnesses said they saw him just before the crash going upwards of 80-100 mph west on NE 8th St. As he approached 124^th, he did not brake and slammed into the back of a stopped vehicle. The suspect sustained injuries to his hand. The victim car had one occupant and she sustained minor injuries. The suspect was identified as the driver in the hit and run. He was arrested and booked on reckless driving and Hit and Run.

Officer witnessed an occupied, unconfirmed stolen vehicle in the area of Bellevue Way and Main St. The vehicle abruptly pulled into a parking lot. The officer called out the contacts and verbally controlled the subjects until help arrived. The investigation revealed the vehicle was stolen out of unincorporated Snohomish County. It was taken during a residential burglary. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

The victim’s roommate called police because a suspect assaulted the victim.  Police arrived and the suspect barricaded himself in his bedroom.  The victim also advised that the suspect had a handgun, which he normally keeps in the bedroom.  Due to suspect refusing to come out, SWAT was requested.  After several hours, the suspect surrendered was taken into custody, and booked into jail.

The suspect decided he wanted to go back to “County,” so he proceeded to break and smash the glass doors in the main entrance area of the building. The investigating officer was able to obtain video and determine probable cause for the suspect. Building facility staff provided documentation verifying that the suspect caused over 7K in damage. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail without incident.

A caller reported that a person was confronting a subject in the parking lot. Officers arrived on scene and contacted a resident who apparently interrupted a prowl in progress. The resident was able to detain the subject for a short period with his dog, but the suspect eventually ran into a waiting vehicle and fled the scene. The victim’s property was recovered at the scene. The investigation is on-going.

Officers arrived and arrested the suspect.  He was booked into jail.

Officers arrived and determined the above subject was a danger to himself. The subject was not compliant when officers attempted to handcuff him. During the struggle, the subject threatened to grab the officers’ gun and shoot himself. The subject was transported to the hospital.

A subject returned from California and an argument ensued with his roommate, who believed the returning subject should quarantine for two weeks at a hotel.  During the argument, the returning subject got angry and threw two punches, which caused minor injuries to his roommate.  Officers arrested the suspect for DV Assault 4th degree and booked him into jail without incident.
