The male had a minor burn on his wrist. Bellevue Fire treated the male and was advised about his possible involvement in the fire. Probable cause was not established but the male was taken to the hospital for a mental health evaluation. |

An employee went out to tell the suspect he needed to leave. The suspect lunged toward the employee with the knife over his head. The employee was halfway in the door and was able to shut it before the suspect reached him. The suspect ran from the scene but was quickly located by the K9 unit. He was arrested and booked into jail. |

Officers spent 30 minutes attempting to de-escalate the situation. Fearing the suspect was suffering from the effects of drugs and possibly hypothermia, they devised a plan and entered the store. They were able to detain the suspect without incident. He was taken to the hospital for a mental health evaluation. |

Officers were responding to a trespass when they encountered a large party being hosted in the ballroom. There were multiple physical altercations between subjects attending the party, and private security officers were attempting to break up the fights. All fights ended before law enforcement arrived. A female inside the ballroom had passed out due to the commotion and requested aid; she was medically evaluated by Bellevue Fire. A male who was injured outside in the parking lot also requested aid and was medically evaluated by Bellevue Fire. Officers spoke to all parties involved, no one requested a police report, and no involved party wanted to prosecute for assault. The security team and the family involved with the altercation exchanged information. Everyone was asked to leave the premises. Nothing further to report at this time. |
