Officer contacted the suspect for a traffic violation and discovered the driver was intoxicated. The officer arrested the driver without incident for DUI.

 NARRATIVE

Officers responded to a silent alarm, and when they arrived, there were no obvious signs of forced entry. A vehicle was stopped leaving the area, and a bag full of laptops and miscellaneous electronics belonging to the business were found staged outside. Officers located the driver, and he was arrested for driving with a suspended license. Once inside the business, it appeared several offices had been entered. A K-9 track from the business found a discarded coat and a flashlight. The case was forwarded to investigations.

A caller phoned 911 to report subjects siphoning gas from vehicles at the park and ride.  Officers arrived and observed two subjects running from the scene. There were obvious signs of gas theft present.  The investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to a burglary alarm.  Surveillance video showed a vehicle leaving but not arriving.  An officer had patrolled the area earlier in the evening and found the gate was open when it had not been earlier.  It is unknown if anything was taken.

An unknown suspect stole the victim’s vehicle as she left it running unattended in front of her apartment.  The victim stated she was only warming her vehicle and was away for 5 minutes.

The suspect shoplifted from the store and walked away on foot.  An officer observed the suspect in the area and obtained voluntary compliance, and the suspect was detained.  A witness confirmed the suspect’s involvement, and he was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

The suspect, for no known reason, ran up to the victim, slapped a phone out of his hand, and they began to fight.  During the altercation, the suspect punched the victim and stole his car keys.  As he was running away, he attempted to steal an unknown victim’s purse.  A witness followed the suspect, despite being berated by him endlessly.  Officers located the suspect and detained him. The victim’s property was returned, and he only sustained minor injuries. The suspect was booked into jail.

During an argument about wanting to leave, the suspect shoved the victim down on her bed, scaring her.  She left the scene and contacted the police.  The suspect was later contacted and subsequently booked into jail without incident.

 NARRATIVE

A pedestrian was crossing NE 8th St, not in any proximity to a crosswalk, and was struck by a vehicle.  The driver remained on scene, was cooperative and not intoxicated.  The pedestrian was uncooperative, refused to identify himself and was likely under the influence of a controlled substance.  He was later taken to the hospital by his mother, who verified his identity.  Traffic assumed the investigation.

The victim reported that her husband was breaking items around the house and took her phone away when she attempted to contact the police. Officers arrived on the scene and established probable cause for DV misdemeanor crimes. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

A male suspect stole between 10 and 12 Carhartt and Nike hooded sweatshirts and fled in a silver vehicle with passenger-side damage. The suspect and vehicle description were similar to multiple other thefts at the same store. The suspect fled before police arrived.  The investigation is ongoing.

Loss prevention confronted the suspect as he exited the store for concealing fragrances and not paying. Officers were nearby and assisted in detaining the suspect. The suspect was arrested without incident and booked into jail.

The caller reported that her ex-boyfriend violated the DV No Contact Order by coming to her residence in Issaquah on 03/01/22 at about 0600 hours. The suspect lives in Bellevue. Officers attempted to contact him but were not successful. Issaquah PD was notified of the incident and developed probable cause for the subject. The subject was not located, and a report was taken for documentation.

A suspect who had stolen several packages on Sunday decided to return today in the same vehicle he used on that day.  The building manager recognized him and called police.  The suspect was contacted and later booked in jail for the theft.

 NARRATIVE

Two suspects robbed the store at gunpoint while a third waited in a vehicle. One suspect shot a round into the ceiling as he entered, then demanded the money in the till and asked to be taken to the safe. The suspects’ vehicle was described as a boxy white vehicle. About 8 minutes after the initial call, an officer located a similar vehicle traveling southbound on I-405 by Coal Creek. When he turned on his emergency lights, the vehicle took off.  When he shut down his lights, the vehicle returned to normal. The officer followed the vehicle at a distance as it traveled onto I-5 until it was eventually lost in traffic. A short time later, WSP called out with the vehicle, which had rolled over on I-5 and was unoccupied.  Several Bellevue units assisted with a perimeter while WSP and Des Moines assisted. The suspect could not be located. Items taken from the store and a gun were located in the suspects’ vehicle.

The suspect was acting belligerent and would not leave when asked by staff.  Officers told the suspect numerous times that he would need to leave or be arrested.  After exhausting all de-escalation methods, the suspect was arrested without incident and booked into jail.

The suspect pried open the front glass doors and stole an unknown number of cigarettes and possibly liquor.  This business has experienced similar crimes recently.

The victim reported that he and his girlfriend got into an argument which evolved to her striking him. The officers developed probable cause for the suspect’s arrest. They responded to her home and subsequently arrested and charged her. She was transported to jail without incident.

The subject contacted police and reported that he lit his clothes on fire inside a hotel room. Officer arrived and determined that the cause of the fire was suspicious. Detectives arrived and established probable cause for his arrest.

Police responded to a car prowl that just occurred with a possible gunshot reported. Officers determined that the prowl had occurred but could not confirm that any shots were fired.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a possible burglary in progress and determined that the suspect was squatting in an unoccupied, unlocked apartment without permission from the owner. Probable cause was established for criminal trespass. Officers formed a contact team and plan, then contacted the suspect. De-escalation techniques were utilized and he suspect eventually exited onto the rear patio area and was taken into custody without incident. He was booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a possible car prowl in progress. The caller reported observing suspects driving through the area with their lights off and looking into vehicles. Officers initiated a traffic stop and detained the suspects. Officers could not locate a victim’s vehicle or confirm any additional details to build probable cause. Minutes later, officers were notified by Kirkland PD that they had just received information on a car prowl within their city with the suspects matching the above subjects. Officers shared the information shared with KPD.

A caller discovered a mailbox in the road in the 1500 block 166th Pl NE. The bank of mailboxes where the discarded mailbox was supposed to be, were all rifled through. The mail was picked up and submitted into evidence as found property.

Officer responded to a burglary call, and the victim told him he discovered his detached garage open and several items missing (toolbox, box of children’s toys, and schoolwork).

Police responded an Assist Official Agency call and determined that the victims reported being shot at by multiple suspects within the city of Seattle and fled to Bellevue. Officers located evidence corroborating the victim’s claims and contacted Seattle PD. Seattle PD confirmed shell casings were located at the crime scene within Seattle. The investigation was released to Seattle PD.

Police contacted the suspect for a traffic violation and determined that the suspect was exhibiting the effects of impairment due to alcohol/drug consumption and driving. The officer initiated a DUI investigation and developed probable cause. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

 NARRATIVE

Police responded to a call of an occupied residential burglary that had just occurred. The victims reported that the suspect entered their home through an unlocked front door, stole their truck keys, and stole their truck from the driveway.  Officers located the victim’s vehicle in a nearby neighborhood, but after attempting a traffic stop, the suspect eluded all police attempts to stop it. Approximately an hour later, the victim reported that her credit card had been used at a business in Puyallup. Puyallup Tribal PD was contacted and was given a description of the suspect and vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to a disturbance and arrived to see the victim was bleeding from his nose. The victim stated that the suspect, who was still on scene, had punched him in the face. Officers located the suspect and placed him in custody. He was subsequently transported to jail without incident.

Police responded to a shoplifter in custody and determined that the suspect had selected multiple jackets from the business and attempted to leave without paying. Probable cause was established, the suspect was arrested and advised she would be summoned in the mail with a court date and released at the scene.

 NARRATIVE

An officer initiated a social contact with a suspicious vehicle and discovered that the vehicle was stolen. While attempting to detain the occupants, the suspect driver violently fled the area in the stolen truck, causing the officer to narrowly escape being run over.  The officer had probable cause Assault 1. Officers conducted an extensive area check for the suspect vehicle and broadcasted the information to neighboring police agencies. Approximately an hour later, Issaquah Police advised that they had located the suspect vehicle and had the suspect in custody. BPD Units responded to Issaquah and positively identified the suspect. He was booked into jail.

Police and fire units responded to a single-car collision into a PSE power pole. The suspect had fled the scene. Witnesses stated that the power pole was on Fire.  Officers set a perimeter and initiated a K9 track but could not locate the suspect. The investigation is ongoing.

Police responded to an assault and determined that an intoxicated suspect had attacked another patron within the bar, which was confirmed by independent witnesses. Officers established probable cause for the crime of assault. Further, officers determined that the suspect had an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and booked into jail.

While attempting to get on a Metro bus, the suspect grabbed the victim’s handcart as they were getting off the bus. The suspect then used the handcart to strike the victim in the abdomen.  He was arrested and booked on outstanding warrants. Assault charges were forwarded to the prosecutor.

Police responded to a robbery/carjacking that had just occurred and determined that the victims were sitting in their vehicle waiting for their friend to come home when they were approached by suspects on foot. The victims stated that the suspects had handguns, pointed the guns at them, and ordered them out of their vehicle. The victims stated that the suspects got into their vehicle and took off, last seen headed southbound on 123rd Ave SE. Officers conducted an extensive area check for the victims’ vehicle and the suspects. The investigation is ongoing.

Police responded to a car prowl in progress. The victim stated he was watching the suspect prowling his vehicle and stealing his tools. Police units arrived on scene, located and detained the suspect. Officers determined that the suspect had an outstanding felony warrant. The suspect was transported to the hospital and advised he would be summoned in the mail with a court date.

 NARRATIVE

The victim sent a nude photo of himself to someone he met on Instagram.  The suspect threatened to post the photograph online unless they were sent $1000.
