Multiple callers reported that the suspect was attacking a female and was now fighting with a male who was wielding a knife. Upon arrival and securing the scene, the primary officer discovered that the suspect had assaulted his wife, and when a good Samaritan and his son stopped to assist, the suspect threatened to shoot and kill them for intervening. The Samaritan, believing the suspect’s statements, pulled out a knife, attempting to defend himself, his son, and the female that was being assaulted. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail. |
