Officers recognized this person as the suspect who had been causing problems in the downtown corridor earlier in the evening. The reporting party woke up to find a bullet hole through several of his walls which appeared to have originated from his neighbor. Officers contacted the suspect, and he allowed a protective sweep of the apartment. The suspect admitted to accidentally firing a round around the previous evening. He stated he never called anyone because he didn’t hear any screaming coming from his neighbor’s apartment. He provided the firearm in question. The suspect was the respondent in a DV protection order which prohibited him from possessing a firearm. He was arrested and booked into jail for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm 2nd degree, Reckless Endangerment, and Order Violation. |

A female called 911 to report that her roommate had threatened her with a gun. She hung up on the call receiver, and they were unable to get her back on the phone. Officers set up on the house and called the reporting party back. She advised she had left the house and was in Issaquah. She denied anyone having a gun and only called because her roommate was yelling at her, and it scared her. She hung up on officers again and would not answer any subsequent calls. There were no signs of an active disturbance in the home, and based on the caller saying she was no longer in danger, officers cleared the scene. |

During the contact, the suspect attempted to conceal narcotics and was arrested for driving with a suspended license. He was found to be in possession of 11 suspected Perc 30 pills. He was released at the scene, given a statutory referral, and summoned for the suspended license and invalid trip permit. |
