No one was injured. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

The subject then broke a bottle in front of officers and held it in a threatening manner.  Due to her behavior and drug intoxication, she was taken into protective custody.  She was then transported to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.

The caller reported that his mother’s ex-boyfriend was attempting to kick in the front door. He locked himself in the upstairs bedroom and did not see if anyone entered the apartment and only assumed that the suspect was the ex-boyfriend based on past incidents. Officers cleared the apartment, but no one was inside.  Officer canvassed the apartment complex and located possible video of the suspect. The investigation is ongoing.

The reporting party woke up to find a bullet hole through several of his walls which appeared to have originated from his neighbor. Officers contacted the suspect, and he allowed a protective sweep of the apartment.  The suspect admitted to accidentally firing a round around the previous evening.  He stated he never called anyone because he didn’t hear any screaming coming from his neighbor’s apartment.  He provided the firearm in question.  The suspect was the respondent in a DV protection order which prohibited him from possessing a firearm. He was arrested and booked into jail for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm 2nd degree, Reckless Endangerment, and Order Violation.

A female called 911 to report that her roommate had threatened her with a gun. She hung up on the call receiver, and they were unable to get her back on the phone. Officers set up on the house and called the reporting party back. She advised she had left the house and was in Issaquah. She denied anyone having a gun and only called because her roommate was yelling at her, and it scared her. She hung up on officers again and would not answer any subsequent calls. There were no signs of an active disturbance in the home, and based on the caller saying she was no longer in danger, officers cleared the scene.

An officer stopped the suspect for having an invalid trip permit where the license plate should be.  During the contact, the suspect attempted to conceal narcotics and was arrested for driving with a suspended license. He was found to be in possession of 11 suspected Perc 30 pills.  He was released at the scene, given a statutory referral, and summoned for the suspended license and invalid trip permit.

Two females entered the store and removed two jackets from their security cables, and fled the store (total loss $4430). Loss prevention attempted to stop the female suspects but was threatened with pepper spray.  The two suspects were able to flee with the merchandise in an unknown car.   A few moments later, a robbery with pepper spray was being dispatched at a different location.  The suspects matched the description from the robbery that had just occurred. The victim stated that her purse had been stolen, and a physical altercation between the two female suspects occurred. A security guard had also been sprayed with pepper spray trying to stop the two female suspects. The investigation is ongoing.

Officers attempted multiple times to contact the suspect at the apartment, but no one answered the door, and it could not be confirmed they were inside. Multiple phone calls were also made to no avail. The victim stated he would stay at a friend’s house and work with the landlord to get his belongings. Charges were forwarded to the prosecutor.

A robbery warrant out of Oregon was located on one of the occupants. The suspect was arrested and booked into jail as a fugitive from justice. Officers secured the vehicle at the scene and took the keys to return to the registered owner.

He gave consent to search the vehicle which produced tools but no catalytic converters.

The suspect ran into a vehicle and barely missed t-boning another car. She proceeded to leave but came back and parked. A witness noticed she had wine-stained lips and was slurring her speech. The witness got into a tussle with the suspect over her keys, at which time the suspect grabbed a hatchet from her car. The hatchet had a sheath on it and was not used in a threatening manner, it was just left it at her side. Officers arrived moments later and detained her. The suspect was assaultive, uncooperative, and attempted to escape by taking off her cuffs. She had two recent DUI’s and was later booked into jail without incident on this DUI.

The caller reported a disturbance happening around a gray sedan and stated he heard what he believed was a single gunshot. Initially, officers didn’t find anything but then located a female and male in a nearby strip mall. The female was next to a gray sedan, and the male was about 75 yards away from her, standing on the sidewalk.  Officers observed a handgun with a loaded magazine on the floor of the passenger seat.  Neither party was cooperative at first, and the male walked away. The female would later provide a story claiming she had been approached by at least one person she could not describe and said this person was cat-calling her. The female said she felt threatened and discharged the said handgun into the floorboard of her vehicle to scare these alleged people away.  The vehicle was seized pending a search warrant.

Upon turning around to get a better look at the suspect, the officer observed that the suspect had fled from the location. He was in possession of a package that was not in his name. The officer also observed that the suspect matched the description of the burglary suspect thought to be targeting the area. The suspect was found to have multiple confirmed warrants out for his arrest, including a $6000 assault warrant out of Bellevue. The suspect was booked into jail. The suspect called the overnight manager and claimed to be from the corporate office. The suspect told the victim she needed to open a safe to pay a freight driver, but the victim did not have a key to the safe. The suspect then convinced the victim she needed to break into the safe or else she would be fired. The victim convinced another employee to help her, but when they got into the safe, they found no cash and no freight contracts.  The suspect then convinced the victim to break into the lotto box where nothing of value was found and then a coin star machine.  After breaking into the coin star machine was unsuccessful, another manager was contacted, and the police were called.  The investigating officer developed suspect information for the person calling the store and forwarded charges to the prosecutor.

An employee at an auto company contacted police to report a vehicle he purchased via Offer-Up for $600 was reported stolen in Washington State and he was unable to transfer the title. Someone who claimed to be the victim was contacted via phone, but that person provided a story that didn’t seem legitimate, and he would NOT meet with police in person.  Seattle PD went to the victim’s address, but the victim’s mother said the victim didn’t live there anymore and she couldn’t contact him except via Facebook.  Phone numbers for the victim also were disconnected.  Ultimately, the legitimate victim could not be contacted/verified, so the vehicle was impounded.

He was arrested and booked into jail. The driver gave consent to search the vehicle, and a very small black lighter in the shape of a pistol was located in a bag.

Several BPD officers responded, and a high-risk vehicle stop was conducted on I-405 at Exit 17. Two subjects were detained without incident. While Officers were investigating a collision at 300 116 Ave NE, the suspect and motorcycle passed by two times.  The vehicle was later seen at the above location and found to be stolen. Officers recovered the vehicle and continue to investigate.

Police responded to a theft of cigarettes and determined that an unknown suspect had stolen all of the cigarettes from the store and had threatened a store clerk when she tried to intervene. The investigation is ongoing.

Warrant Arrest

Officers contacted the suspect for investigation of a warrant. Officers determined that the suspect had (3) felony warrants out of various agencies ranging from Assault DV to Theft and (3) misdemeanor warrants out of various agencies for the same crimes. Issaquah PD confirmed their warrant. After several minutes of negotiation, the suspect agreed to exit the vehicle and was taken into custody without incident. He was transferred into the custody of Issaquah PD.

DUI Arrest

Police contacted the suspect for multiple traffic violations and observed that the driver was exhibiting the effects of impairment due to alcohol and drug consumption. Following a DUI investigation, probable cause was established, and the suspect was arrested. The suspect and vehicle were released to a sober family member. The suspect was advised she would be summoned in the mail with a court date.

Indecent Exposure Investigation

Police responded to a call of a possible sex offense. When they arrived, they contacted the security officer who was with (2) female residents. The security officer had observed the suspect outside and went to confront him. He observed that the suspect was masturbating while looking at female residents. The suspect fled the area after that. The female residents stated she saw or observed the suspect’s actions. The security officer refused to be a victim. The suspect could not be located. An informational report was taken.

The victim reported that at an unknown suspect had entered the establishment overnight through a secured door and stole several clothing items. The total price for the items stolen is under $150. The incident was captured on video, which was submitted into evidence. The investigation into this matter is ongoing.

An officer was dispatched to a theft of copper from the light rail station. An employee stated that he discovered the theft this morning. The officer looked around for witnesses but didn’t locate any. She was advised that the cameras on site were not working. This investigation is ongoing.

A K9 officer and his partner were requested by Kirkland Police Department in reference to an outstanding Assault DV suspect. K91 arrived on scene and conducted an extensive track to the parking lot of Tech City Bowl, where Officer Walter lost the scent. KPD was very grateful for K91’s assist.

The victim called 911 to report that his vehicle was stolen and requested an officer to the scene. The victim told the officer that he parked his vehicle in front of his residence, and when he returned to his vehicle the following day, it had been stolen.

Domestic Disturbance

Police responded to a domestic disturbance in progress. Arriving officers located the victim and confirmed that she had been violently assaulted by her boyfriend during an argument. Officers determined that the victim’s property was damaged by the suspect during their struggle within a vehicle.  Probable cause was established, but the suspect could not be located.  The suspect will be summoned in the mail with a court date.
